　　     Personally, I don't think it a bad idea for Chinese students to celebrate foreign festivals like Christmas. It is a good opportunity for our students to learn and experience the western culture. However, we still have to keep it in mind that Christmas is traditionally a time for family reunion which involves generosity, love and goodwill. It shouldn't be a commercialized holiday when people turn the stores into a battle field, while ignoring all the true spirits of Christmas.
