We all know that happiness and painfulness are twins. Sometimes we are happy, while sometimes we are upset because we are in trouble. We just need to take a positive attitude towards it.
For me, I think keeping a diary is a good way to drive away the bad moods in life. Sometimes, I quarreled with my friend for some reason and couldn’t find someone to talk with. So I wrote down what happened between us in my diary and I find that I was not angry at all right after I finished it. Besides, talking with parents is also a good idea, for parents have rich experiences in life and they will give us some useful advice.
