Before September 20th, we need to select thirty volunteers to take part in the community volunteer service during National Holiday. To be a proper volunteer, you need to be at least 16 years old. Besides, you are required to have enough patience and a strong sense of responsibility. Since it is the disabled and the senior citizens in the community that are to be served, it would be much better if you have ever attended to people of this kind. By helping these people in need, not only can we raise our social responsibility, but also we can appeal to people to care more about them.

The Chongqing incident about “nail households” which have received considerable concerns in the press, highlights an increasing conflict between common people and developers. Most people take a sympathetic attitude towards those “nail households”.
The conflict between “nail households” and developers has been brought into focus. From my perspective, the reason why the nail households fight against developers is that the public interests sometimes confront with private properties. If this issue isn’t dealt with properly, the goal of harmonious society can’t be achieved. Therefore, drastic measures should be taken to undo this problem.
First of all, developers are supposed to contact with the owners of the houses which are subject to demolishment. It makes sense if developers visit one home after another to settle with the payment. To hammer down their house only with a piece of notice could only upgrade the conflict. In addition, the local government is responsible to the personal safety of the weak part, keeping them from being attacked, and making sure that the negotiation is carried out in peaceful and willing way. In brief, there is still a lot to do to help solve the problem.
It’s beyond doubt that the incidents of “nail households” have brought a large quantity of unfavorable consequences on building up a harmonious society. Welfare of one family can mirror the progress of a society. Only by lessening the confrontation of nail households can we live together happily.
