本文属于看图作文,要求叙述图片内容并陈述个人观点。图表中讲述的正是关于:扶不扶?这一热门社会问题。在叙述图片时,可以使用一般过去时来描述故事。在发表个人观点时,使用一般现在时。
要点: 1、.描述图片:有人看见老人摔倒在地。一个人要去扶。但是周围有人阻止,有人支持。

Even worse, some urged the boy to leave immediately. The boy was troubled by the question whether he should help the old man or not.
In my opinion, helping others is a traditional Chinese virtue. We must give a hand to the old and at the same time we must protect ourselves from being involved in trouble.
